What is it?
The concept is very simple. Calling mobile phones from your office telephone system can now account for up to 40% of call volume. How does it work?
The Ericsson FCT will connect to most telephone systems, and the system is then programmed to route calls to mobiles via the FCT rather than one of your landlines. The FCT has a SIM card in it so that calls from your office are effectively charged at mobile to mobile rates.
